Situated at the southern end of LBI, this house projects east to capture the stunning views of the sparkling Atlantic ocean. Ride your bike or walk to the southern tip of LBI for breathtaking views which are only a few short blocks away. Bike or drive to the center of Beach Haven for fine dining, shopping, water park, mini golf, weekly concerts in the park, museums, amusements and more. Don't care to bike or drive? No problem, the free LBI Shuttle will pick you up and drop you off at your desired destination. Spend a week on LBI and you'll never want to leave! This is a custom built reverse living home so the top floor is perfect for family gatherings. The entire floor has views of the ocean from the gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances, living room with a 60 inch Samsung HD TV with Sonos, and a sun nook with its own seating area for those days when you want to read and relax. There is a beachfront deck with a dining table and seating for 10 people so you can enjoy the morning sunrises as well as the cool breezes for an evening dinner. There is another deck which faces west that has a Weber natural gas grill for cooking and a few seats to watch the sunset in the evening. From this deck there is a spiral stair case that leads to a lighted roof top deck for sun tanning and star gazing. The lower level of the home has four bedrooms, 2 full baths and a full size laundry room. The master bedroom has a Sterns & Foster King size firm bed with a Pottery Barn Sea Grass Headboard. This room has a walk in closet, flat screen TV and opens up to an oceanfront deck that is a nice area to relax during the day since it is covered. The queen bedroom has a nautical theme and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a corral theme and a flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom is our vintage beach house room that has family heirlooms and faces the beach with direct access to the oceanfront deck. All of the bedrooms have new top of the line mattresses, bedding and pillows for a comfortable night sleep. The ground floor level has an expansive foyer that greets you with a seashore theme. On this level we also have a 2nd refrigerator that is on our garage alcove so you can store beverages for the beach, an area to keep your bikes if you bring them as well as your beach toys. We have included a few beach chairs and sand toys for your pleasure but always recommend you pack your favorites. We have an outdoor shower with a dressing area and a separate foot wash for when you return from the beach to take the sand off outside. The home is surrounded on the ground level with low voltage outdoor lighting so you will always be able to see where you are going no matter what time of day it is as I’m sure you will be on island time. Our home is professionally managed by a local property manager who will greet you upon your arrival and will show you how everything works.
